曼徹斯特大學四個HR的碩士專業

HR在企業主要負責人員招聘、員工培訓、績效管理、員工關系維護等，影響到公司的整體發展。英國不少大學的商科都開設有人力資源這個專業，大致分爲兩個方向：人力資源管理(Human Resource Management)和國際人力資源管理(International Human Resource Management)。

 

相較而言，人力資源管理專業的實際操作性較強，課程能夠讓同學接觸到人力資源領域涉及的方方面面問題；而國際人力資源管理專業則注重宏觀戰略和全球人力資源問題。人力資源管理專業還分爲三大類：Human Resource Management(HRM)，Human Resource Development(HRD)，Human Resource Organisation(HRO)。CIPD，The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development，特許人事與發展協會——是從事人力管理和發展職業專業人士的組織。英國的華威大學、倫敦大學、國王學院、曼徹斯特大學、利茲大學、倫敦政治經濟學院、紐卡斯爾大學、薩裏大學、蘭卡斯特大學都有CIPD認證。

 

曼徹斯特大學 Manchester U專業：Human Resource Management and Industrial RelationsHuman Resource Development (International Development)Human Resource Management (Internationa Development)International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations要求：曼大專業分的比較細，211一般要求80分以上，雙非至少85以上，雅思6.5，寫作6.5，單項6。

商學院MBS的這兩個專業，都有申請費60鎊。並且，雅思要求總分7.0，寫作&口語6.5，其余兩項6.0；遞交申請時如果沒有雅思6.5，會直接被拒（如果屆時雅思還沒有達到6.5，就先不要申請哦，避免浪費申請費，並造成被拒記錄）。

SED的兩個HR專業可能更貼近HR學生的喜好，但是，這兩個專業對雅思寫作的要求是更高，甚至可以說小變態：總分7.0，寫作也是7.0，各項6.0。

 

曼徹斯特大學環發學院的MSC Human Resource Development (International Development)專業，2019年在申請時，需要格外注意雅思提交的時間節點的要求：

 

1、申請時提供達標的雅思成績，總分6.5，寫作6.5其他6。

 

2、申請沒有達標的雅思成績，已經畢業了的學生可以提供UKVI或非UKVI的雅思6.寫作6，其他5.5，沒有畢業的同學需要提供UKVI的雅思6.寫作6，其他5.5。

 

3、語言中心，不接受未畢業的學生，提供非UKVI的雅思配語言班。
