利物浦大學(University of Liverpool)科學工程碩士預科(Graduate Diploma in Science and Engineering)主要為自身條件達不到大學碩士要求的學生開設的過渡課程。通過此課程，學生主要學習英語，英國文化，工程科學，策略管理等科目，為日後的碩士課程做好準備。順利完成該課程的學生可進入利物浦大學(University of Liverpool)繼續深造。
